Here you will find the highlights of Inclusive Careers Fair 2024 programme. From enlightening workshops, thought-provoking panel discussions, mentoring connections and other engaging activities, our programme is focussed on helping all jobseekers – especially those from diverse underrepresented groups – level up in their careers.

Diversity Is the Spice of Life

Featuring panelists who are from the under-represented segments that Inclusive Careers Fair aims to serve, including individuals who are LGBTQ+, differently-abled, racial/ethnic minorities, neurodivergent and women. Our panelists will share their personal stories of diversity, inclusion and resilience. Attendees learn how we can support these communities and how we can show up as allies for each other.

Allyship: Building Bridges

Allyship plays an important role in building inclusion as it serves as a bridge between diverse communities and mainstream workplace culture. We want to feature some visible allies who can share personal stories about how they have become passionate advocates in supporting underrepresented communities and insights about how everyone can become proactive supporters for change within their organisations.

Inclusive Mentoring Circle

Round One   I   10.30am – 12.30pm
Round Two  I  2.30pm – 4.30pm

For each 2-hour round, our mentors will have 10-minute 
1-on-1 conversations with a stream on mentees on the following conversation focus:

  • Career Development
  • Overcoming Challenges
  • Diversity and Inclusion
  • Building Professional Relationships
  • Personal Branding
  • Allyship
  • Workplace Insights

Participants will be given the opportunity to meet with 4 mentors via a draw mechanism for each session.

Each round features a lineup of 10 different mentors from our participating companies as well as our diverse communities.

Professional Photography Studio

Attendees can get professional headshots taken in our professional photography studio, sponsored by Canon.


Our photographers will be equipped with professional photography equipment. A wardrobe rack is available for participants stepping in for their photo shoot.


The photos will be provided electronically for participants to use across their resumes, LinkedIn and other professional purposes.

Audio Described Tours

Vision-impaired attendees can join a tour led by audio describer Seren Chen to be guided around the event space and introduced to the booths, workshops, and panels available. Following the tour, attendees are encouraged to independently delve deeper at the areas where they are interested.
