Event Information

How do I register for the Inclusive Careers Fair?

As this is a ticketed event, you’ll need to register to gain entry. Head over to our ticketing site to secure your spot.

Can I come back in if I leave?

Absolutely – just show us your ticket for re-entry.

If I leave and get another ticket, can I come back in?

Yes – if there are tickets available in the time slot(s) you want.

Will food and drink be available?

It’s a big day, so keeping you energised and hydrated is important to us. Food and drinks will be available for purchase on-site. We will also provide a water-refill station, so be sure to bring a reusable bottle or flask.

Is admission to the Inclusive Careers Fair free?

General admission is free of charge, but will require a ticket. There will also be additional workshops and panel discussions you might like to attend, but you’ll need to sign up. Click here to learn more.

Can I bring my resume to ICF?

Of course – feel free to bring multiple copies! While we can’t guarantee there will be a lot of job offers at the fair, you won’t lose points for being prepared.

Is there a dress code?

Smart or business casual will be the preferred attire. We politely ask that you refrain from arriving in shorts, singlets or slippers.

Can I get a ticket on the day itself at the event space?

Yes. As admission to the event is by ticket only, our registration page will be open on our website throughout the fair’s duration.

I would like to volunteer for ICF - who should I contact?

Is the space and toilets wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the event space at WeWork 21 Collyer Quay (including washrooms) is wheelchair accessible.

Are assistance dogs allowed?

Yes, assistance dogs are allowed.

Do you have sign language interpreters?

Yes, we will have sign language translators for the panel sessions.

Is there a calm room?

Yes, we will have a calm booth reserved for individuals who are neurodivergent and have sensory overload issues.

Are there closed captions for presentations?

There will not be closed captions for presentations but we will have sign language translation for some programme items. Some sessions may be recorded and available for online streaming and we will apply closed captioning for the on-demand streamed content after the event.

Will there be an audio describer present to support those who are visually impaired?

There will be audio description tours scheduled to provide a guided tour for those who are visually impaired.

Possible to get a list of the inclusive employers attending the fair?

How do I get to the Inclusive Careers Fair?

As an event that believes in and promotes sustainability, we strongly recommend using public transport to reach us. WeWork at 21 Collyer Quay is conveniently located in the Raffles Place area and easily accessible.

Is there parking on site?

Limited parking is available. However, we encourage you to leave your car at home and take public transport instead.

Event Accessibility

Where is the accessible entrance?

WeWork at 21 Collyer Quay is a wheelchair-accessible venue, equipped with a wheelchair platform lift and ramp at the entrance. There are also lifts within the space. Please email icf@xpointomedia.com in advance to discuss any access requirements you may have.

Will I be photographed at this event?

Possibly. Photographs and videos will be taken for marketing purposes at the Inclusive Careers Fair 2024. By attending the event, you may be included in these photos and videos. Your attendance at this event grants us permission to feature you in these photos and/or videos, which may be used for educational, archival, or promotional purposes.
