Can I come back in if I leave?

Absolutely – just show us your ticket for re-entry.

If I leave and get another ticket, can I come back in?

Yes – if there are tickets available in the time slot(s) you want.

Will food and drink be available?

It’s a big day, so keeping you energised and hydrated is important to us. Food and drinks will be available for purchase on-site. We will also provide a water-refill station, so be sure to bring a reusable bottle or flask.

Will there be food options for different dietary needs?

Food and drinks will be available for purchase on-site at Tanamera Coffee, the venue café. While their menu includes a variety of options, vegetarian, vegan, or halal selections may be limited and subject to availability.

General admission is free of charge, but will require a ticket. There will also be additional workshops and panel discussions you might like to attend, but you’ll need to sign up. Get your ticket here.

Can I bring my resume to ICF?

Of course – feel free to bring multiple copies! While we can’t guarantee there will be a lot of job offers at the fair, you won’t lose points for being prepared.

I would like to volunteer for ICF - who should I contact?

Thanks for your interest in helping out at the ICF 2025! Please contact icf@xpointomedia.com and we’ll be sure to get in touch with you promptly to discuss how you can volunteer with us.

Is there a dress code?

Smart or business casual will be the preferred attire. We politely ask that you refrain from arriving in shorts, singlets or slippers.

Can I get a ticket on the day itself at the event space?

Yes. As admission to the event is by ticket only, our registration page will be open on our website throughout the fair’s duration.

How does Inclusive Careers Fair approach corporate participation or inclusion?

Inclusive Careers Fair exists to support people from underrepresented communities – LGBTQ+, persons with disabilities, neurodivergent individuals, racial/ethnic minorities and women – access meaningful employment with fair hiring practices, opportunities that support long-term livelihood and dignity.
We recognise that companies and their commercial activities are viewed differently across contexts, and that these perspectives are often shaped by deeply held ethical concerns. We recognise that these concerns are grounded in real ethical questions that matter to many in our community.
The fair brings together a range of partners to support its role to connect jobseekers and employers, with a focus on access to inclusive employment opportunities.
Partnering with an organisation for the purpose of a career fair does not imply endorsement of all its activities, positions, or global operations. We operate in a world where few organisations are without complexity and excluding all “imperfect” partners would significantly reduce access to opportunities for jobseekers and would limit the fair’s ability to exist and serve its community.
Attendees always have full agency over which employers they choose to engage with. The fair is designed to expand choice, not limit it.
