For jobseekers from marginalised backgrounds, landing a job is a lifeline to dignity, purpose and stability. What does it mean to truly belong at work and how can a more inclusive society create opportunities where diverse talent can thrive? In this panel we feature panelists who are working on intersectional inclusion and on better environments for underrepresented talent – LGBTQ+ persons, persons with disabilities, neurodivergent, ethnic/racial minorities and women – to access opportunities and have a fair chance to succeed.

Catalysts for Good

In these panel, we feature senior executive leaders from these companies to share why it is important for their company to be represented in a platform like Inclusive Careers Fair, how their companies build inclusive workplace culture where all talent is valued and can thrive, and how diversity and inclusion is, in fact, good for business.

Allyship: Building Bridges

Allyship plays an important role in building inclusion as it serves as a bridge between diverse communities and mainstream workplace culture. 
We want to feature some visible allies who can share personal stories about how they have become passionate advocates in supporting underrepresented communities and insights about how everyone can become proactive supporters for change within their organisations.
